Influence. If leadership was to be defined with only one word - it would be the word "influence." Influence is the ability to touch someone's life for the better. To cause them to do good because you gently pushed them into goodness. John Maxwell states that if you are a leader and no one is following you - you are only taking a walk.
Certainly the fact that others see us if an awesome responsibility to godliness. "We are epistles of God, known and read of all men." Certainly God looks at the heart but men see our "good works."
Today you are making a difference. Some have reported that we will make a definite difference in seven peoples lives.You are either pointing others to the supreme good or the radical bad. Someone may quit trying because of your nasty attitude or they could plunge forward into greatness because of your undying determination to inspire others to greatness.
So shape up, change your attitude for the better and plan on influencing others to greatness. Today!
